These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") apply to all users of the rsena platform, including the rsena website accessible at rsena.net and all associated betting, casino, fishing game, and live dealer services. The Terms govern the relationship between rsena (hereinafter "the Operator", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses or uses the platform (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your").

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a rsena account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the rsena platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities.
• You are accessing rsena of your own free will and are not subject to any self-exclusion order from rsena or any other gambling operator.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• All information you have provided during account registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

1.2 Amendments to These Terms

rsena reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the rsena website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the rsena platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, rsena will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email.

1.3 Governing Language

The authoritative language of these Terms and all rsena communications with players is English. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

To access the full range of rsena's betting and casino services, including cricket betting, live casino games, slots, and fishing games, you must register a personal rsena account. Account registration is subject to the following conditions.

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. rsena operates a strict 18+ only policy. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts and accounts registered on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• Only one account per person is permitted. rsena reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with rsena or any other recognised gambling operator at the time of registration.

2.2 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the account registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. rsena may request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of registered information. Providing false or misleading registration details is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, rsena is required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid passport
• Driver's licence
• Recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address (dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of payment method (e.g., bKash account statement, Nagad account confirmation)

KYC documents must be submitted via email to [email protected]. rsena will process verification requests within 2 business days. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal requests being held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rsena login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. rsena will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify rsena immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

rsena supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). rsena does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rsena currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available)

Payment method availability may change without prior notice. rsena will make reasonable efforts to inform registered players of any changes to available payment methods via email notification.

3.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time and credited to your rsena account instantly.
• Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to appear in your rsena account depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• rsena accepts deposits only from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• rsena does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. rsena does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days.
• rsena reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be informed if additional information is required.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 (Bonuses and Promotions) for full details.

3.4 Currency

All rsena wallet balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bet stakes, and winnings are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). rsena does not apply currency conversion fees for Bangladeshi Taka transactions. Players using international cards (Visa, Mastercard) should be aware that their card issuer may apply conversion fees if the card is denominated in a currency other than BDT.

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports available on the rsena platform via BetterLive Live and the standard sportsbook product.

4.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the rsena platform are subject to the specific market rules published within the platform at the time of bet placement. It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand the applicable market rules before confirming any wager. rsena reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on a market that was suspended at the time of placement, or placed on odds that were clearly displayed in error.

4.2 In-Play Betting

rsena offers in-play (live) betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, and other selected sports via BetterLive Live. In-play markets are subject to real-time suspension based on match events. rsena accepts no liability for the unavailability of in-play markets during match events such as wickets, goals, red cards, or other match-interrupting incidents.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all rsena betting markets. These limits are displayed within the individual market interface at the time of bet placement. rsena reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits in cases where betting patterns suggest the misuse of promotions, arbitrage activity, or any other form of betting that rsena deems contrary to fair play principles.

4.4 Void Bets and Abandoned Events

rsena will void and refund stakes on bets placed on markets that relate to events which are subsequently abandoned, cancelled, or postponed, in accordance with the specific sport's published rules. In the case of cricket matches that are interrupted by weather or other external factors, rsena will apply the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB).

4.5 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on the rsena platform — including live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and fishing games including Gold Toad Fishing — are governed by the individual rules of each game as published within the game interface. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical game equipment operated by professional live dealers. rsena does not manipulate game outcomes.

rsena offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotional offers tied to Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any specific terms published for each individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a rsena account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Players must meet the full wagering requirement within the specified time limit. Failure to complete wagering within the time limit will result in the bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds being removed from the account.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

rsena takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, placing low-risk or hedge bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion, and exploiting promotional terms in a way that creates a systematic profit unrelated to genuine gameplay. rsena reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.3 Promotion Eligibility

All rsena promotions are intended for genuine recreational players based in Bangladesh. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. rsena reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. All promotional decisions made by rsena are final.

rsena is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial, emotional, or personal harm, rsena provides a range of tools to help you manage or cease your activity on the platform.

6.1 Player Protection Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered rsena players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your rsena account. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period when raised.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration, after which rsena will display a reminder and automatically log you out.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration of your current session and your net wagering activity during that session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent account closure. During self-exclusion, all account access and marketing communications are suspended.

6.2 Age Restriction Policy

rsena operates a strict 18+ only policy across all products and markets. Players must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on the rsena platform. rsena reserves the right to request proof-of-age documentation at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by persons under the age of 18 will be immediately closed in accordance with Section 2.1 of these Terms.

Either party — the Player or rsena — may initiate the closure of a rsena account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

7.1 Closure Initiated by the Player

You may request the permanent closure of your rsena account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, rsena will process any outstanding verified balance in your account using your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Requests to close an account for responsible gaming reasons (e.g., problem gambling) will be treated with priority and processed without delay.

7.2 Closure Initiated by rsena

rsena reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Identified bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional terms
• Account registered by a person under 18 years of age
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed toward rsena staff or other players

Where rsena closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in accordance with the nature of the breach. rsena will provide written notification of account closure by email where reasonably practicable.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. rsena may charge a monthly administration fee of ৳100 on dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity period, until either the account balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rsena's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the rsena platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rsena account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Exclusions of Liability

rsena shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions to the rsena platform caused by server maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, or circumstances beyond rsena's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, or acts of government
• Delays or failures in data transmission caused by your internet service provider, mobile network operator, or device
• Bets or wagers placed in error by the player, including bets placed on incorrect markets or at incorrectly understood odds
• Unauthorised access to your rsena account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the rsena platform for purposes other than placing wagers (e.g., using rsena odds as financial investment advice)

8.2 Platform Availability

rsena makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. rsena targets 99.5% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to registered players by email where possible. No compensation is payable for platform unavailability arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The rsena platform integrates third-party services including game providers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe), payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and data feed providers. rsena is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or failures originating from third-party services. Any disputes arising from third-party game outcomes should be directed to rsena's support team, who will liaise with the relevant game provider on your behalf.

8.4 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of rsena's operating entity. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
